Individual Coaching (Coachee)

The value of coaching is rooted in identifying strengths and potential weaknesses in an effort to bring about “change, developmental change” which can serve to improve performance within the workplace as well as acquiring new insight and skills that can also be transferrable to an individual’s personal life. You will have an opportunity to examine and identify known or unseen behaviors while identifying goals that enhance your individual performance. This will allow you to become better equipped to deal with business demands and people you encounter within the rapidly changing workforce and highly-competitive global environment.

Learning to Coach Others (the Coach)

By way of self-assessment and key input, leader coaches gain valuable insight that provide a holistic review of how the coaching process is engaged and what adjustments may be necessary to maximize effectiveness. You will learn how to utilize a methodology that seeks to support the direction of the coaching relationship while being inherently aware of the impact that positive language and support has on behavioral change. Coaches must work to remain focused on the needs of the coachee, practicing behaviors and demonstrating attitudes that demonstrate genuine interest, attentive listening and unconditional support. Through these acts, positive leader coaching relationships can be developed.
